At DoYouHemp.com, we are committed to operating ethically and responsibly in all aspects of our business, including addressing the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our operations and supply chain.
Modern slavery and human trafficking are serious and complex issues that affect individuals and communities around the world. We acknowledge that they are ongoing challenges and that there is always more work to be done to address them.
We are committed to ensuring that all individuals who work for or with us are treated fairly and with respect, and that they are not subjected to any form of modern slavery or human trafficking. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards these practices and we take all reasonable steps to ensure that they do not occur in our operations or supply chain.
Our efforts to address modern slavery and human trafficking include:
Supply Chain Due Diligence: We conduct due diligence on our suppliers to ensure that they share our commitment to ethical and responsible business practices, including preventing modern slavery and human trafficking.
Supplier Code of Conduct: We have a Supplier Code of Conduct that sets out our expectations for our suppliers in relation to modern slavery and human trafficking, as well as other ethical and responsible business practices.
Training: We provide training to our employees on modern slavery and human trafficking, including how to identify and report potential instances of these practices.
Reporting: We encourage anyone who has any concerns about modern slavery or human trafficking in our operations or supply chain to report them to us immediately. We will investigate all reports and take appropriate action to address any issues that are identified.
We are committed to continuously reviewing and improving our approach to addressing modern slavery and human trafficking. We will continue to work with our suppliers, employees, and other stakeholders to promote ethical and responsible business practices and prevent these practices from occurring in our operations and supply chain.
